Dr. Jayanti Panchal, MD
Jayanti Panchal, MD, is the acting MBLN President. Dr. Panchal is a physician at Ocala Health in Ocala, Florida. Dr Panchal received his medical degree from South Gujarat University in Surat, India, followed by a residency in internal medicine at Mountainside Hospital (affiliated with the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey) in Montclair, New Jersey. He is board certified in internal medicine.
Dr Panchal is a member of the Florida Medical Association and the Marion County Medical Society.
Dr. David Oliver, D.O.
Dr. Oliver has been practicing osteopathic family medicine since 1997 and in Ocala, Florida, since 2005. He serves as the President of American Family Medical, L.L.C. since 2008. Dr. Oliver, has dedicated his career to the advancement of excellent patient care to patients of all ages. A recent focus of his practice has been the development of a model of care that is comprehensive, cost effective, and producing meaningful outcomes for his patients. It is the desire of Dr. Oliver to assist his colleagues in small practices to stay viable in a hostile marketplace through the sharing of ideas, education, and team building. In addition to practicing medicine in the United States, Dr. Oliver has a passion for serving impoverished populations in developing nations. He has led medical teams in Nicaragua, Guyana, Haiti, and has served in Nigeria and Ghana. Dr. Oliver is a member of the Ocala Lions Club and attends as a member of the Central Church of Christ.
Dr. Kenneth Lee, D.O.
After graduating cum laude with degrees in English, minoring in Chemistry and History, Dr. Lee attended Kirksville College of Medicine graduating in 1989. He completed a rotating internship in 1990 at Orlando General Hospital, where he was Chief Intern and subsequently completed his residency in Family Practice at Florida Hospital. Dr. Lee received his board certification in Family Practice in 1992, and with his wife they have run and operated Countryside Medical in Ocala, FL.
Dr. Lee is a member of the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association and American College of Family Practice.
Adam Woods is the President of Silver River Community Bank in organization. Adam is a graduate of Florida School of banking at the University of Florida as well as Louisiana State University’s Graduate school of banking. Adam has been in the financial service industry for 21 years. He is a happily married man of 16 years with two children and very dedicated to family and faith. Adam has been a member of the Medical Business Leaders Network since its inception and has provided valuable insight to the medical community regarding his area of expertise.
Dr. Adam C. Geril, PT, DPT, MS, OCS, ATC
Dr. Geril has been a practicing physical therapist for over 26 years. He is a board certified Orthopedic Specialist and Nationally certified and state licensed Athletic Trainer. Dr. Geril has practiced in Ocala for 19 years treating primarily treating orthopedic injuries including, TMJ, Spine, Ankle/Foot dysfunction, and sports injuries. Dr. Geril has specific protocols for post operative orthopedic care. He also has programs in vestibular dysfunction and functional electrical stimulation solutions for foot drop. Dr. Geril’s treatment approach focuses in manual therapy with every patient offered the most up to date evidenced based treatment approach. Dr. Geril and his associates are available for consultation by appointment with walk-ins welcomed.
Dr. Rafael Rosa-Algarin, MD
Dr. Rosa worked in the ER field in different hospitals in Puerto Rico and also practiced Acupuncture. Dr. Rosa graduated from the San Juan Bautista School of Medicine, in Caguas, PR. He also has a graduate degree in Public and Environmental Health. Dr Rosa moved to Florida with his wife and children in 2006. He worked in the Department of Correction as a Chief of Health Services in both, male and female clinics. He likes to spend time with his family and friends, watching his kids dance and play sports. He also enjoys fine arts and cultural activities in the community. He has always enjoyed helping people and becoming a doctor allows him to provide his services to the community.
